PA projects are always chosen with the girls’ input. We want to make sure that the money is spent in ways that benefit as many of them as possible.
The Student Voice Prefect surveys girls across the year groups, to assess which projects would make the most difference to their day to day school lives.
Our current focus is an exciting project to upgrade the dining facilities, for which - thanks to the generosity of parents and other supporters since September 2016 - we have already raised over £60,000. This project will benefit all our daughters now and for years to come, so please continue to support the PA in whatever ways you can.
The PA donated £25,000 towards this exciting outdoor space which the girls use for working, socialising, and eating their lunch.
The PA donated £13,000 towards Phase 1 which was completed over May half term 2016: refurbishing the sports hall changing rooms and toilets.
We funded the refurbishment of the sixth form study room, designed by the girls.
We were also able to provide resources for the art department and the library.
The school purchased a new minibus which was funded by the PA.
Projects included toilet refurbishments, iPads for the art department, and equipment for the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.
