PA projects are always chosen with the girls’ input. We want to make sure that the money is spent in ways that benefit as many of them as possible.
The Student Voice Prefect surveys girls across the year groups, to assess which projects would make the most difference to their day to day school lives.
We've been fundraising since September 2016 to improve the girls' dining facilities, as they have told us that taking pressure off the canteen is their top priority. Two high quality wooden garden rooms are going to be built, which will provide additional seating, alongside a new servery where girls can buy food and drink.
The garden rooms are expected to be ready for use later in the Autumn, with the servery up and running in the new year.
This exciting project will benefit all our daughters now and for years to come. Fundraising will continue into the Autumn term, so please continue to support the PA in whatever ways you can so that we can reach our target as soon as possible.
The PA donated £25,000 towards this exciting outdoor space which the girls use for working, socialising, and eating their lunch.
The PA donated £13,000 towards Phase 1 which was completed over May half term 2016: refurbishing the sports hall changing rooms and toilets.
We funded the refurbishment of the sixth form study room, designed by the girls.
We were also able to provide resources for the art department and the library.
The school purchased a new minibus which was funded by the PA.
Projects included toilet refurbishments, iPads for the art department, and equipment for the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.
