National Cross Country

For the first time in over 10 years, Challoner’s had two teams competing in the National Cross Country finals.

The event this year took place at Beauchamp Middle School in Bedfordshire on Saturday 5th December. The conditions were extremely challenging with wet ground and high winds. The girls in both the junior and intermediate teams were amazing and a credit to the school. They ran extremely well against the best runners in the country in their respective age groups. Although we did not medal at the event I would like to highlight how much this group of girls have achieved in a short space of time. I would also like to thank the parents who attended the event and helped to cheer on and support the girls on the day.
